Arrival and departure
Rooms are ready from 3 p.m. on day of arrival. On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m. Of course, you can still relax with us in the hotel. Half board starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Bed and Breakfast or Half Board
At Emma, you may choose between two types of accommodation: bed and breakfast or half board.
If you are staying with bed and breakfast, you are still welcome to join us for dinner at any time. You may choose freely from our half-board menu – according to your appetite and mood.
Whether individual dishes or a full menu: you decide how your evening at Emma should taste.

Children’s rates
Children up to 2.99 years: free
Children up to 5.99 years: 70% reduction
Children up to 11.99 years: 60% reduction
Children up to 17.99 years: 50% reduction
from 18 years: 40% reduction

Deposit
Reservations are only binding when you have received a written confirmation from us by e-mail and have transferred the deposit (30% of the reservation). Please understand that we do not accept any charges for bank transfers. The deposit is considered a security and can be paid by bank transfer.

You can cancel your holiday up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the amount transferred will be credited to you for a next stay. In case of later cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the deposit.

In case of cancellation we always try to find the best solution for both parties.

• Free use of all regional public transport (bus + train) throughout South Tyrol (except: line 444 Dobbiaco  - Misurina  - Three Peaks / Auronzo Hut, line 440 Passo Monte Croce  - Val Fiscalina  - Sesto, shuttle line 439 Monguelfo  - Braies, line 442 Dobbiaco  - Villabassa  - Braies)

You will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass at no extra charge when you arrive at the hotel.

Means of payment
Leave the car behind on holiday and discover South Tyrol in an environmentally conscious and relaxed way. With the guest card, which is not only a personal ticket for unforgettable holiday experiences, but also includes the services of the Mobilcard and the museumobil Card. The cards cannot be purchased, but are included in the room price and are handed over directly by the host.

Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Emma Historic Hotel. Price: € 16.00 per night per dog, excluding meals. Owners are kindly requested to bring a basket and a blanket for their pets. Dogs cannot access either the larger dining room or the relaxation area; the small dining room, instead, is open to owners and their four-legged friends. Please remember that dogs are not allowed on the beds. Thank you for your understanding. Otherwise € 50.00 will be charged for final cleaning.

While we try to meet your wishes, unfortunately we cannot guarantee to fulfil your request for a particular room, position or layout.

Services included

• Rooms: Our comfortable rooms are designed to let you sleep peacefully and start your day in excellent form. Our rooms are partly furnished with Emma Hellenstainer's period furniture and partly with modern furniture.
• Restaurant: buffet breakfast; in the evening, choice of dishes with salad buffet, South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean dishes. Pizza baked in our pizzeria.
• Active summer
  Do you need help to plan your cycle tours? No problem! Your hosts will be happy to give you good advice.
• Extra: if you book a room with breakfast, use of the sauna is included during the high season, while in the low season it is only available on request.
   

Tourist Tax
A tourist tax will be charged. The fee is obligatory; it’s paid by the guest in addition to the total price. The rates per night in 3-star-hotels are 3,00 €. Three guest groups are excluded from the obligation to pay the guest contribution: Children under 14, school groups and guests of alpine shelters.
