Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3 p.m. We request that the rooms be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. You can of course still stay on in the house after freeing the rooms. Full board or half board begins with the dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Deposit
Bookings are considered firm after you receive a written confirmation by fax, e-mail or post from Hotel Emma, and after we received the deposit. Please note that we do not assume any bank charges for the transfer of the deposit. The deposit is considered as a security guarantee, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For cancellations occurring up to 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival the deposit will be credited for a future stay. The deposit can be paid in the following ways:

Cancellations, early departure
Cancellation of a booking is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival at no cost. In case of later cancellation, late arrival or early departure a cancellation fee applies:
- up to 14 days before expected arrival: 30% of accommodation charge
- within 7 days before expected arrival: 80% of accommodation charge
- within 6 days before expected arrival, in case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of accommodation charge
We therefore recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance!
Travel insurance
Sometimes, something can happen before your journey… in order to avoid cancellation costs in case of illness, accident or death of the insurance holder, their children, parents or grandparents we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Methods of payment
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque, EC Card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). We prefer cash payments.
Room number
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee floor level, location and room number within a certain category. We will however always try to meet your requests.
